Terms of Service — REDealIQ

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using REDealIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Service to underwrite or facilitate any transaction that violates applicable law.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or algorithms.
Share your account credentials with third parties outside your licensed seat count.
Upload documents containing sensitive personal information of third parties (e.g., tenant PII) without appropriate authorization.

4. Subscription and cancellation

Monthly plans renew automatically each calendar month. Annual plans renew each year. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds are issued. Annual plans cancelled within 14 days of renewal are eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused months at our discretion. Contact support@redealiq.com for billing questions.

5. Intellectual property

REDealIQ and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service, including the scoring methodology, software, and brand. You retain ownership of any deal data you input. You grant REDealIQ a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimer — not investment advice

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THE OUTPUTS — INCLUDING CAP RATES, IRR, DEAL SCORES, AI-GENERATED INSIGHTS, AND MARKET DATA — ARE ESTIMATES BASED ON YOUR INPUTS AND THIRD-PARTY SOURCES. NOTHING IN THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES INVESTMENT, FINANCIAL, LEGAL, TAX, OR REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE ADVICE. REDEALIQ IS NOT YOUR INVESTMENT ADVISOR, FIDUCIARY, BROKER, OR ATTORNEY. ALWAYS VERIFY NUMBERS INDEPENDENTLY AND CONSULT LICENSED PROFESSIONALS BEFORE MAKING ANY INVESTMENT DECISION.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REDEALIQ AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO REDEALIQ IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.

8. Warranty disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
